HOW IT WORKS
1. Choose
Select 'Try Before You Buy' when adding a piece to your cart. At checkout we place a temporary authorisation on your card for the order total. It shows as pending, not paid, and you're not charged until you decide if you want to keep it
2. Try
Once your order arrives, you have 3 days to try your piece at home. Check the size, the finish and the feel, and see how they sit with what you already own. Please keep all the original packaging
3. Keep
Complete your order in the Customer Portal, where you'll confirm whether you'd like to keep your piece or return it. You're charged for the bag only if you choose to hold onto it
Returns
If you'd like to return a Try Before You Buy order, just log into the Customer Portal using the link below, or the link in the email or text we sent you
Follow the prompts to select that you'd like to return
We'll email you a prepaid return label
Print the label, attach it to your parcel, and drop it at your local Australia Post
Your piece must be posted within 3 days of choosing to return it. A $15 return fee also applies
For a full refund on the piece, it must be returned in its original condition and packaging
FAQs
How does Try Before You Buy work?
Choose any piece and check out as usual. We place an authorisation on your card for the order total, which confirms your payment method and reserves the amount. It shows as pending rather than paid. You have [x] days from when your parcel arrives to decide, then complete your order in the Customer Portal. You're only charged for the pieces you keep
Why is there a pending amount on my card?
That's the authorisation. It holds the order total while you decide. Once you've made your choices, the hold releases and you're charged only for what you keep
You already offer 30-day returns. Why use Try Before You Buy?
Because you shouldn't have to pay for a piece before you've seen it in person. Try Before You Buy lets you assess the leather, the hardware and the quality before any money changes hands. Our standard 30-day returns and Lifetime Guarantee still apply to every piece you keep
How should I look after pieces I'm trying?
Try Before You Buy is for trying, not using. Keep all the original packaging, avoid contact with perfume, makeup, oils and water, and don't take pieces out and about. Anything you return needs to come back in its original condition and packaging, or we will not be able to accept it and you'll be charged for that piece
What if I don't make my choices in time?
Head into your Customer Portal within the [x] days to confirm what you're keeping. If the trial expires before you make a selection, your order is finalised automatically and you'll be charged for everything in it
Anything else I should know?
Try Before You Buy is available on selected full-price pieces for orders within Australia. Discount codes can be used, but need to be applied at checkout on the original order
